60 minute class
This class is for gymnasts who have basic tumbling skills. Gymnasts in this class will work on the coordination, strength, agility and flexibility needed to master tumbling skills. Trampoline, tumble trak, air floor, and pits are all integral parts of training these skills. Gymnasts will work on a variety of skills (depending on their individual skill level) such as front and back walkovers, front and back handsprings, aerial cartwheels, back tucks, front tucks and more. Gymnasts must be at the ADVANCED BEGINNER Level to participate in this class.
