First Session – Consent Form Requirement
Prior to your first service for you or your gymnast, please download and print the consent form and bring it in for your first session.
Core Service Waiver
Services
Instrument assisted soft tissue – $25
Using a “bar” in order to work through tight tonic tissues. Leaves “petechia” or a red looking rash, which should go away in 24-72 hours. Sometimes light bruising is left.
Cupping – $40
Using “cups” in order to increase blood flow to tight and tonic issues. Leaves purple/pink/bruised looking circles on the skin typically. Lasting 24-96 hours. Sometimes light bruising is left.
**All payments will be made to Tegan at the time of service, either Cash or Check.
